Keeping our community healthy

Updated: August 2020

At El Palacio de los Jugos, we take the health and safety of our customers, patrons, staff, and community very seriously. In light of the growing concern about coronavirus (COVID-19) special precautionary measures are being taken beyond those mandated by government.

Here are things we are actively doing:

All of our employees will be monitored for flu-like symptoms, along with temperature checks prior to entering the establishment for work, and those displaying symptoms will always be required to stay home from work.

All of our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized at a minimum of twice a day with constant vigilance by our staff for its cleanliness every 30 minutes throughout the day. We have equipped our restrooms with antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand air dryers, and deodorized the space.

In addition, we have made available hand sanitizing dispensers, and facial masks at each entrance, along with posters depicting the proper methods to prevent COVID-19 spread to the general population, and documentation pertaining to employees’ current health conditions.

We ask that all guests to wash their hands or use the hand sanitizer as they enter and exit our restaurants. We’ve instructed our staff to increase deep cleaning in all areas of our facility. This includes doorways, doorknobs, tabletops, chairs, restrooms, etc. We will be disinfecting all surfaces on a regular basis throughout our operating hours.

We are committed to making our stores a safe place for the community and our staff. We are staying up to date with current news about the virus and following the State of Florida Department of Health and CDC guidelines.

Thank you for supporting our businesses!
